International Direct purchase terms
Draft terms for the proposed international Antenka VPN offer purchased outside an app store and used in the Direct Android app. Checkout is not yet available on this website. These draft terms are not a notice that Paddle has approved or activated our account.
1. Scope and service provider
Antenka VPN is provided by Aleksandr Sergeev PR Računarsko programiranje Beograd, a registered sole trader in Serbia, registration number 67121368. Contact: info@antenka.rs.
These terms concern only the international Direct offer. Google Play and other app-store purchases, and separate market-specific offers, have their own purchase and billing terms.
2. The paid offer
The offer is paid Antenka VPN access for one calendar month, for up to five active app installations linked to one subscription account. It is intended for the Direct Android app; it is not a promise of a separate desktop or iOS application.
$5.99 USD is the final total. Applicable taxes and payment-provider fees are included and borne by us. This is one payment, not an automatically renewing subscription.
3. Access dates and confirmation
The exact start and end of the calendar-month access period must be displayed before payment is confirmed. A calendar month is not necessarily 30 days. Check the offer, total price, access dates and contact email before paying.
Access is granted after payment has been verified and the required activation has been completed. A return from a payment page alone does not confirm a successful payment. If payment is confirmed but access cannot be activated, contact support with the order reference.
4. Payment providers
Paddle approval is pending. If Paddle becomes available and you choose its checkout, Paddle will act as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for that transaction. Its buyer terms and refund policy apply to that purchase. Antenka provides the VPN service and technical support.
If you choose Tribute when it becomes available on this website, consult the payment terms and the information identifying the parties shown in its checkout. Antenka remains your contact for VPN delivery and technical support. Paddle's reseller role does not apply to a Tribute purchase.
5. Using the service
Use the service lawfully and do not use it to attack systems, distribute malware, send spam or interfere with other users. Keep activation codes and access credentials private. Do not resell access without our agreement.
Connectivity and speed depend on your device, network, operator and the selected VPN endpoint. We do not promise uninterrupted access to every third-party website or service. These practical limitations do not remove your statutory rights if the service is not supplied as agreed.
6. Expiry and further purchases
Paid access under this purchase ends at the end of its stated period. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring payment to cancel. Continuing paid access requires a separate one-time purchase. Uninstalling the app does not itself submit a refund request.
7. Problems and refunds
For payment, activation or service problems, write to info@antenka.rs and include the purchase email and order reference. Refund requests are handled according to applicable consumer law and the terms of the provider used for the purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or reduced by these terms.
8. Privacy and contact
Our privacy policy describes the information used to provide and support Antenka VPN. A payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy notice. Do not send card details, security codes or passwords to Antenka support.
